NOT UPTO OUR EXPECTATIONS, BAD HOSPITALITY
5.0I liked the view of river Ganga from my apartment as well as the swimming pool.
− The apartment users like us felt like untouchables as no service was provided. Secondly, we were supposed to carry our towels to the pool but others were provided at the pool which felt embarassing. No formal welcome for us at the reception which is done with other customers, a tilak and rudraksh mala whcih felt bad. Location of the property is such that it took more than 2 hours to leave the property due to heavy traffic jam everytime. Most bad thing is that we were asked to pay parking charges at the time of leaving when the guard came to know that we were apartment users. It felt really bad. Were they expecting us to come through public transport ? We paid 32000 for two nights and asked to pay paking charges.

− The flat had seepage issues, fan and TV was not working properly. Bathroom shower did not have curtains and the water spreads across the bathroom.
