6.0The apartment is relatively spacious. Big living room and dining room area. Nice curtains. The landlord is responsive.
− Should specify it's the 4th floor without elevator. Not friendly with guests with large suitcases. It's an old apartment. A lot of things are falling apart... Need a good fix or change. Inside doors, including toilet and shower, don't have lock. Door handles are mostly loose. Toilet seat fell off. Shower head stuck. Draining not well and shower water leaking from the doors... Beds are old and sinking. Water boiler doesn't go off. Window screen broken. Found cockroaches! With some degree of renovation, it would be a nice apartment!

7.0Все понравилось,квартира укомплектована всем необходимым,стиральная,сушильная,посудомоечная машины,посуда,микроволновка,холодильник,интернет,все что нужно для комфортного проживания,хозяева отзывчивые,отвечали сразу.Рекомендую!
