Near Batam centre, nice window view

− Small cockroaches appear regularly in the day and night, likely from neighboring apartment. The agent got two persons to clean up and put insect poisons but still could not solve the issue. The key to enter the floor of the lifts needed to be reset several times. There is a long sofa at the end of the bed, this blocks the passage way and is an obstacle. Should be removed.

Very close to food choices. Just walking distances.

− Check in was troublesome. Ask for my details. I have already given. Just check in using my booking id. And just collected my keys. The reception asked a lot of questions. Whereby, i gave all my details. I've paid everything. CHECK IN WAS 3pm. And ask me to wait & call the agent!. I ws no reply, till i call him. Pass the phone to the reception. Finally gave me the key!. I already told the reception, my room was 2508 tower 1. And we at tower 1. I dont why is the delay there?. ESPECIALLY the room areas around the kitchen was dirty. Full of cockroaches!.. This is my WORST STAY FOR 5 DAYS OF STAYING IN THE Apartment.
