SENKINEK NEM AJÁNLOM.
1.0− Sajnos több súlyos problémát tapasztaltunk a tartózkodásunk során. A hirdetésben kiemelt dézsafürdő és szauna használata jelentős napi díjhoz kötött (10.000 Ft, illetve 3.000 Ft), valamint időkorláthoz (22:00), ami a foglaláskor nem volt egyértelműen feltüntetve. A fűtés esetében nem szerepelt a házirendben 22 °C-os korlátozás, mégis pluszköltséget helyeztek kilátásba, amikor magasabb hőfokra állítottuk. Hosszas egyeztetés után 24 °C-ban állapodtunk meg, ennek ellenére később önállóan visszaállították 22 °C-ra. A hőmérsékletet távolról, előzetes egyeztetés nélkül szabályozták. ❗️A legsúlyosabb probléma az volt, hogy távollétünkben bementek az apartmanba. Erről nem értesítettek minket, és amikor rákérdeztünk, kétszer tagadták, majd harmadik alkalommal ismerték el a belépést. Ez súlyos bizalomvesztést és a magánszféra megsértését jelenti.❗️ Távozásunk után e-mailben „károkozásra” hivatkozva további költségeket akartak felszámítani. A csatolt képeken azonban normál használatból adódó, takarítási körbe tartozó dolgok szerepeltek (használt edények, főzés utáni tűzhely, kisebb szennyeződések). Ezek nem minősülnek károkozásnak, különösen takarítási díj felszámítása mellett. Összességében a kommunikáció, az önkényes intézkedések és az engedély nélküli belépés miatt a szállás nem felelt meg az alapvető biztonsági és együttműködési elvárásoknak.

10.0We had a great stay here, the app. is well maintained as well as garden and whirpool and sauna, just ideal stay for few days to relax. The app. is nicely fully equipped with all you need for home cooking.
