9.0Zentrale Lage, egal ob in die Innenstadt oder zum Zrce Beach. Restaurant und Bars ums Eck. Zum Strand läuft man 1min. Supermarkt, Cafés, Bäcker und alles vor der Tür. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus vorhanden.
