privacy and proximity to water

We especially liked the location of the apartment, which was on the ground floor (which is why we chose it), with a large veranda and the option to sit outside. It was also very nice to be able to shower after swimming in the sea in the outdoor shower, lie down on the sun loungers in front of the apartment, where you are just a few steps from the sea and yet have pleasant privacy. It should also be added that thanks to the bay, where there are no waves (except those caused by the wind), you can ride a paddleboard not only along the coast, but also safely to the opposite side of the bay.

− We would welcome a microwave oven—this is not a complaint, just a suggestion on how to improve services.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, beautiful private terrace with access to the beach, charming sea view. Very nice , helpful host and apartment owner. Super relax and peace .

We had a great stay at the top floor apartment - enjoyed the location right by the beach, quiet area, walking path by the sea, and the beautiful views and sunsets from the terrace. The kids also had fun at the water park at Planjka beach, cca 10 min walk. More beaches and places to see and explore are just a short drive away. Bakery and a small grocery shop are within walking distance, while a bigger supermarket is in Novalja within cca 10-15 min drive. Appreciated the air conditioning in 2 out of 3 bedrooms and in the living room (as it was quite hot outside!), and a space where to keep our SUP. Home appliances (glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge) are not new but functioning. There were enough containers for separating the trash, and even an iron with an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner. Loved the towels folded as butterflies on our arrival :)

− No major problems with anything, although we would have appreciated a little bit better equipped kitchen as we like to cook :) Instead of the folding pergola covering the whole terrace like on the pictures, there is now a big umbrella which covers only about half the terrace and needs to be moved around, which was a bit inconvenient.
