The apartment was new and well equipped and in a good location to restaurants. The washing machine was a big bonus.

The property and car park were brilliant. The Apartment is about 20 metres from the centre of the Old Town which has some great restaurants and is just lovely to walk around and up to the Bell Tower which has the most amazing views. The apartment is a good size,very clean and has all the facilities you require. A lovely bowl of fruit, some yummy biscuits and a cold bottle of water were left by Iva. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Got the opportunity to get all our washing up to date. Highly recommend

Lovely Apartment! Host: very helpful, reliable and friendly. Iva was always there for us when we needed help or (general) information. The fridge also cointained some welcome gifts that we highly appreciated. Apartment: very modern and clean. Kitchen looked brand new, the bathroom was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was also a terrasse outside with a sea view. Location: superb, since the apartment is locaed just a few meters before the actual "old town". And it's still quite since only a few people pass by on their way to the old town. Nearby you have two shops (clothes + food), very good restaurants (Rumore, Velo,...), the postal office - all located only a few 100m from the apartment. Parking: we had our own private parking spot which was really necessary since parking in Labin is a nightmare. The parking lot is very close to the apartment - just a staircase away. All in all we had a very good rest. Thank you Iva and hopfully we will see each other again!
