3.0Paleochora var en hyggelig liten by med nydelige strender.
− Vi er svært misfornøyd med at vi ikke fikk den studio leiligheten vi hadde betalt for og fått bekreftet fra Booking.com. Vi hadde bestilt en leilighet med balkong, utsikt til hage eller fjellene og innendørs spiseplass. I god tid før oppholdet gav vi beskjed om at vi ønsket leilighet i andre eller tredje etasje. Absolutt ikke i første eller kjelleretasje. Det vi fikk var en trang kjellerleilighet uten innendørs spiseplass og plassert mot en støyende gate. Uteplassen var under bakkenivå. Da vi protesterte ble vi tilbudt å få refundert 2/3 av det vi hadde betalt og finne et annet sted å bo. Mellomlegget for et dyrere sted måtte vi betale selv.Dette var selvfølgelig ikke akseptabelt og mye av ferien ble ødelagt av den behandlingen vi fikk. Forøvrig opplyste verten at hun ga de dårligste leilighetene til gjester som hadde booket via Booking.com fordi hun fikk dårlig betalt. Vi henvendte oss skriftlig til kundeservice hos Booking.com for å få bistand til å finne et annet sted å bo, men fikk aldri svar fra dem.
