Absolutamente tudo! A casa é perfeita, tem decoração muito bonita e todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia curta ou longa. A localização é fantástica, com acesso direto a uma parte quase particular da praia de Plaka. Acima de tudo, Lazarus é o melhor anfitrião que alguém pode encontrar, sempre atento, simpático e prestativo. Com certeza voltaremos!

Beautiful, beachfront home on Plaka Beach

Lazaros was a fantastic host. He met us at the property, walked us through the apartment, and made sure we had everything we needed. Prior to arrival he inquired if we would need beach towels (we did) and he provided those for us. He provided a list of supermarkets to visit and restaurants too. The apartment is very spacious, is located beachfront on Plaka beach and just mere steps to the soft sand and clear waters. The apartment was equipped with all of the kitchen items we needed, though oil and spices were lacking if you are looking to cook actual meals. The bathroom is small but "normal" for Greece standards. There are plenty of windows for light and a nice breeze. The beachfront was perfect. It was quiet and clean and we had loungers and an umbrella that came with the property. Everything was within a 15 minute drive and 30 minutes to the mountain towns. Lazaros was fantasic. He was very receptive when we were having issues with the wifi. He brought over his personal router for us to use until the internet company could come out and replace the router. He even helped us out one evening when the tire pressure light came on in our rental car and brought a portable air compressor. Highly recommend this property.

− This was not a problem for us but should be noted that this home is built like a duplex, so there are neighbors in the attached house next door. I believe they own the property so they were very kind, quiet, and respectful.

Nice apartment at the quiet end of Plaka beach. Lazaros was a great host and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is literally at the end of the garden with loungers and an umbrella just for the apartment. Couldn't think of anything negative about our stay.

I stayed with my family in the apartment in mid-August. The apartment matches the photos, in fact better than the expectation. The kitchen is equipped with everything, two balconies and a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Included in the amenities is a beach umbrella and three sunbeds and a beach umbrella to use at the free beaches during the trips; the beach is very near to the house, about 100 meters. The owner was very nice, he gave us different informations about places to visit and restaurants where to eat. As a welcome he left us several nice gifts. After few days the house was cleaned and the sheets and towels were changed. In short, a book, a good glass of wine, the view of the sunset from the house… “it doesn’t get any better than this”!

Lazaros was an extremely attentive host, and was so helpful about everything. He clearly cares a lot about looking after his guests. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with very thoughtful touches. Really well designed, and much more interesting than a lot of the apartments in the area. Very well equipped kitchen. Gorgeous bedroom. It has clearly had a lot of thought put into it. And the view from the balcony is perfect! Right on the beach with a very attractive garden, private beach umbrella right outside the garden. And an additional umbrella and small coffee table set slightly back from the beach in the sand dunes. It really was the perfect stay - being able to wander out of bed for a morning dip in the sea was such a joy. The apartment is also close to Micri Vigla beach which is a popular kitesurfing area, and 20 minutes walk north on Plaka beach you have the most amazing selection of bars and restaurants. It is the perfect location. I will definitely come back again. Thanks Lazaros

− Nothing! If I had to come up with something - the bed is quite hard. But that’s just a personal preference, and not unusual for Greece given the hot climate
