8.0Mir hat in die Wohnung gut gefallen,weil alles wichtige in der Nähe ist. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bus so wie bahn sind schnell erreichbar. Auch die Umgebung hat mir gefallen, da die Menschen dort sehr freudig im nett sind.
− Für mich persönlich trotz geschlossener Fenster war ewtas zu laut die Umgebung.
Wohnung toll, Kontakt zum Vermieter schlecht.
6.0Tolle Lage, ca. 10 min bis ans Meer (kein Strand weit und breit!) und ca. 5 min bis zur Metro Station. Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles da was man brauchte.
− Vermieter schlecht zu errichten. Reaktion auf Probleme sehr verzögert. Bei der Ankunft schimmeliges und stinkendes altes Essen im Backofen entdeckt. Erst am dritten Tag kam eine Putzkraft vorbei. Allerdings kam diese nicht in die Wohnung da wir unterwegs waren und uns niemand bescheid gesagt hat an welchem Tag und um wie viel Uhr für "Abhilfe" gesorgt werden würde. Dann wollten wir Wäsche waschen. Nach dem Waschvorgang pumpte die Maschine aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht ab. Später herausgefunden, dass im Flusensieb ein Haken einer Gardine die Pumpe blockierte. Das Problem haben wir selbst behoben. War aber bei 10L Wasser in der Maschine eine ziemlich zeitintensive Aktion. Die Wohnung hat sich angeblich in der "Mezzanine" befunden. Da das aber 18 Stufen sind bis zur Wohnung ist es für mich eher das 1. OG. Mit Kinderwagen und Gepäck eine Herausforderung.
