8.0− Οι οδηγίες χρειάζονται θεώρηση και αναδιατύπωση. Ο κωδικός wifi διέφερε από εκείνον που εστάλη στο ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα. Ο ηλεκτρικός πίνακας ήταν κρυμμένος πίσω από έναν καθρέφτη αλλά δεν θα ήταν πρόβλημα αν στο μήνυμα δεν αναφερόταν ότι βρίσκεται έξω από την τουαλέτα. Όταν, πάντως, ζητήσαμε διευκρινίσεις από τον οικοδεσπότη, τις έστειλε. Στο πολύ καλό ψυγείο υπήρχε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό ανοιγμένο και με νερό βρύσης μαζί με ένα γυάλινο μπουκάλι επίσης με νερό βρύσης. Για πρώτη φορά, συναντήσαμε αναφορά στις οδηγίες προς τους επισκέπτες ότι η καθαριότητα είναι υποχρεωτική (...) και μάλιστα καθημερινώς (σ.σ. από τους επισκέπτες). Φεύγοντας, πάντως, το μόνο που δεν αδειάσαμε ήταν το καλαθάκι της τουαλέτας. Η ενδεχόμενη καθυστέρηση στο check out για περισσότερο από 30 λεπτά ειδοποιηθήκαμε ότι θα μας κοστίσει 30 ευρώ ενώ σε περίπτωση που θέλαμε check in νωρίτερα το ελάχιστο κόστος θα ήταν 10 ευρώ (τις ελάχιστες φορές που χρειάστηκε, στο παρελθόν, να φύγω λίγο αργότερα σε όλα ανεξαιρέτως τα καταλύματα, ουδέποτε ζητήθηκε επιπλέον ποσό). Ευτυχώς, ήρθαμε 9 παρά το βράδυ. Το κατάλυμα είναι ισόγειο και -καθ' υπόδειξη του οικοδεσπότη- επισφαλές να αφήνεις τα παράθυρα ανοιχτά. Στα θετικά, το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, πλήρες στον εξοπλισμό του και τα κλιματιστικά καινούρια και αποδοτικά. Τα 93 ευρώ τη βραδιά είναι υψηλό ποσό. Τα παραπάνω στοχεύουν στη βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών και όχι στην αποθάρρυνση των μελλοντικών επισκεπτών.

− Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de volet occultant et que la lumière du jour passe à travers le rideau. La connexion wifi était également un peu faible. Aussi, l’interrupteur pour allumer l’eau chaude n’était pas clairement indiqué dans les messages.
