Πολυ ζεστό και άριστο διαμερισμα . Έχω μείνει δύο φορές και πραγματικά θα ξαναμενα.

Ικανοποιητική αλλά όχι ανταγωνιστική με άλλα καταλύματα. Εξυπηρετεί βασικά μόνο το Πανεπιστήμιο.

Καθαριότητα και εξυπηρέτηση. Φιλικός ο οικοδεσπότης

− Δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ γιατί ουσιαστικά δεν είναι αυτόνομο. Υπάρχει στον παρακείμενο δρόμο που είναι στενός και καταλαμβάνεται και από άλλα αυτοκίνητα. Τα μπροστινά διαμερίσματα έχουν αυτόνομο πάρκινγκ αλλά το πλαϊνό όχι. Αυτό δεν είχε διευκρινιστει επαρκώς. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου και το κρεβάτι του πάνω ορόφου τρίζουν. Νομίζω ότι δεν γίνεται σωστή συντήρηση.

Πολύ καθαρός χώρος. Καλή η τοποθεσία, για τον λόγο που το κλείσαμε. Άριστη η επικοινωνία μας με τον οικοδεσπότη, τον κ. Φίλιππο. Πολύ καλές οι οδηγίες του, για το κλειδί και τα υπόλοιπα που αφορούσαν το διαμέρισμα.

− Το μόνο κάπως αρνητικό ήταν ο θόρυβος του πατώματος του παταριού. Καλύτερη και πιο σταθερή κατασκευή του πατώματος του παταριού, στο οποίο υπάρχουν τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Ακριβώς κάτω από το πατάρι είναι το δωμάτιο με το διπλό κρεβάτι. Ο θόρυβος, σε κάθε βήμα, είναι πολύ ενοχλητικός για τους διαμένοντες στο δωμάτιο.
