3.0The location was ok
− The property was outdated, uncomfortable, and dirty we got bitten and could not eat in there due to food and drinks freezing in the fridge had to throw food away, couldn’t get hot water contacted the owner via the number on the doors of the property who was very helpful and explained how to get the boiler working but it didn’t stay on constantly going off when showering was scared to allow my children out onto the balcony as it was balancing on broken bricks/slabs, used soaps left in bathroom cabinet and hairs on the tiles above Cooker, not the greatest van I understand the age related issues but not the other things that should be sorted for the price people are paying for their stay.

1.0Good location to the Beach amazing people who work in the shop
− Caravan had mould in every room made me badly the last two night I stayed in my Nanas caravan as the mould made me very poorly. Double bed was uncomfortable for me so tried to pull the sofa bed out and spider and other bugs was crawling around, was supposed to be cleaned before entering the caravan but nothing was clean dust everywhere and cobwebs. The boiler was so dangerous was looked like it had blow up and now all black and can see flame inside.

− The caravan was filthy the bed are stained there was hair in the fridge and hair in the shower coffee stains everywhere. There were bugs all over the place on the beds. Rubbish all over
