9.0It was a fabulous room with everything and more that you would need
− We couldn’t open the main bedroom window to let some air in, there was a fan but it wasn’t every strong and it was also noisy. We opened the bathroom window which helped.
Nice place to stay for 4 nights while working locally
10.0Really nice and clean property. Very private. Well equipped and had tea, coffee and sugar too
Disappointing
4.01. The location was central to Warrington which was the reason for choosing this particular set of apartments. 2. Parking spaces were very good and adjacent to the entry and exit doors. 3. The hosts were extremely accomodating and were more than helpful when required.
− 1. The quality of the flooring was not what was expected. In areas it was lifting and ill fitted. 2. The lounge room sofabed was worn, flat, unclean and uncomfortable to sit on. 3. Window blinds and trims needed to be repaired or replaced. 4. The front room window is not the correct size and allowed draught and noise to come into the lounge area. This was particularly annoying as there were roadworks outside. 5. The roadworks made it very difficult to park and exit. 5. One of the dining chairs has loose legs and will collapse at some point.
