10.0Great self contained studio annexe, large super comfy bed, 2 comfy chairs, large tv, kitchen area with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hob and oven! Good size bathroom with walk in shower. Patio doors with outdoor seating area - what's not to love!
