8.0The location of this property was perfect - its an easy walk to Gunwharf Quays and also Southsea beach so it couldn't be better positioned. Getting into the place was really easy through a keycode. The flat was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. The flexibility over the bed arrangements was an added bonus and something we hadn't encountered before. Also the TV was a great size, which we enjoyed as a family after a busy day exploring Portsmouth.
− We found it hard to shut the fridge door when a large carton of milk was placed in the door. Also the lounge could do with some more ambient lighting.

− De keuken en badkamer waren vies en stonken. Er was een wasmachine met droogfunctie, maar geen wasrek. In de slaapkamer met drie losse bedden, was niet bij ieder bed een stopcontact. De bedden/matrassen zijn van slechte kwaliteit. Je kunt de veren voelen en het matras is ontzettend hard.

8.0The apartment was clean and ideally located, with a lovely view of the Spinnaker Tower. Check-in was very easy and convenient thanks to the access codes. It was perfect for what we wanted to do. We had a very pleasant stay!

We stayed here for work and golf purposes but didn’t realise how nice the beach was the whole neighbourhood was friendly
