8.0lovely quiet location, easy reach of skegness, chapel,and ingolgmells ,yet you could be a million miles from noisy sea fronts ,
− flies, lots of small irrataing " house" flies , cannot be helped due to location, still water ,farm land,muck spreading ect ,all you would expect from a country setting ,so take a fly spray ,plug in would be the best, one small gripe ,the £200 damage deposit is taken immediately from your credit/debit card,but CANtake up to ten days to go back !!

10.0This is our 5th year staying here. The apartment is always spotless and comfortable. Towels/Toiletries provided too. Fishing is always successful, a beautiful, peaceful place. We'll be back next year 😁
− The only problem are the flies , a swatter and spray are provided, but still very hard to keep on top of! If there was some kind of retractable mesh over the windows, I think this would solve the problem 🙂

− Internet non existent. There was no dishcloth or any washing up liquid to wash up with and clean surfaces.
