Comfortable stay and would highly recommend
9.0Excellent value for money. Well maintained property. Very good and quick client care even during bank holidays.
Good lodge but needed some TLC.

− Carpets were filthy and kitchen was infested with ants.

9.0The location was great and the kitchen had everything you needed for eight very comfortable
− As we went there for Christmas would have been nice to have a tree had to go and buy one
Perfect place for our family to have a good catch up with everything we could wish for
10.0We had the best time - the lodge was perfect for our stay, we enjoyed the pool, gym & arcade and enjoyed the walks nearby. We enjoyed visiting the local castle & Lymington where we sat by the quay having perused the market and we had delicious local ice creams and watched the swans and boats go by. The lodge was well equipped with a spacious fridge freezer, we didn't use the washing machine as we were only there for 3 nights and the dishwasher was a useful bonus We'd definitely book again
Lovely area to spend time in with lots to do. Lodge was ideal for our family of 7 and dog.
8.0Situated in a great location to explore the area. Lodge was located at the back of the park. Beds were comfortable and facilities met all our needs.
− Needed a car to drive to the entertainment venue as too far for my elderly parents to walk. After having booked the property encourage there’s a lot of administrative hoops to get through such as the need to provide photos and ID for each adult which have never experienced for a weekend away through booking .com. This was not made clear at the outset and was a lot of hassle.

8.0The location was very private and quiet. The beds very comfortable and all facilities are excellent, cooking, showers. Plenty of room for 4 adults and children.
