4.0Responded promptly by email when raised issues. Apologised and thanked us for understanding and bringing matters to their attention
− Terrace unusable because : bag of refuse, broken bench, large spent cartridges, cardboard box and other debris. Not resolved. Kitchen: One teaspoon and no others. No cereal bowls. These were provided on 16th. No can/bottle opener. We supplied one. Dim lighting. Freezer unusable as drawers frozen solid. Not resolved. Bedroom: No clothes storage. Bedroom lamps are too dim to be usable. Not resolved. Bathroom: No bathmat or hand towel. Dirty cabinet contained used toiletries. Empty bleach bottle. Not resolved Cleanliness: Very poor. Dust on most surfaces. Empty bottle under sofa. Dirty door handles and light switches . We bought wipes. Not resolved All brought to the immediate pattention of Blackstone with photos. The only action taken was the bowls and spoons. Suggested Goodwill refund of £50 but not forthcoming.
