Excellent apartment overlooking Padstow Harbor

The apartment’s location is excellent, with beautiful views over Padstow Harbour and right in the heart of town. Restaurants, shops, and the waterfront were all just steps away. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There is no dedicated parking, but reasonably priced public parking is only about a 5-minute walk away. Overall, an excellent apartment with fantastic harbor views, a great central location, and a very comfortable stay. I would happily recommend it.

− The only downside was the check-in process. The online security deposit system was not functioning properly during arrival, which resulted in several back-and-forth emails with management to resolve. Communication felt more email-based than directly accessible by phone, which created a bit of unnecessary hassle after a long travel day. Also worth noting: access requires climbing 35 narrow stairs, which could be difficult for guests with mobility limitations or heavy luggage.

Beautifully styled luxury harbourside apartment in easy walking distance of everything Padstow has to offer which is Lots! Lovely independent shops stocked with lots of Cornish made products; we loved the clothing shops Hager Vor & Jam Industries, conveniently underneath us! Of course wonderful eateries; we loved Prawn on the Lawn and their little sister Little Prawn for an intimate, friendly experience of sharing plates and great wine selection and of course Rick Steins Restaurant was a superb finale for our last night. Absolutely should book ahead for all places but we were lucky to be there off peak and squeezed in fortunately. Turn left as you leave the apartment and within 2 minutes there is a stunning walk along the headland and down to a beautiful sandy, easily accessed and dog friendly beach. Padstow roads were wider and easier to navigate and access than some other places we'd visited, which was a welcome relief. The apartment is perfect for the wet days when it would be mad to leave; very well equipped, cosy, warm, secure - a real escape from the world and good wifi and a smart TV with easy access to streaming Apps when you want to reconnect. Fab welcome tray of treats and totally supported by the hosts via the digital welcome pack and on the phone. Will definitely return.

− Being on the quayside parking wasn't allowed but we were able to stop briefly outside to unload and reload and we used the S Quay public carpark just 2 minutes walk away. Loft apartments in old cottages inevitably mean lots of steep stairs but they were wide and easily navigated and kept us fit!

We had a great stay. It was a great base for exploring Cornwall.
