− The caravan was ok but dated still had childrens hand prints on the windows nothing provided at all curtains hanging off . Private owner difficult to get intouch with even after i paid 182 pound for 2 nights had to complain to booking .com before i could speak to deamon and his partber the property is out of walking distance .over priced also on site pub woodys is very expensive thank god for the waterside accross the road had a goid time there if id got a big dog abd was without kids i may consider again if it was 50 pound cheaper van must be 20 yrs old sorry people well over priced could have gone to spain for less and gad more for my money

− The caravan had ants on the floor and in the bedroom, also on some tables. I contacted the owners and the reception and they said it was an issue for the owners. They suggested ant killer which wasn't in the van. This is not acceptable as the children were upset as the cleanliness was terrible! We were advised that someone from maintenance would come to the van but nobody did. We will not be renting this van again

− Everything it was filthy, Rips in curtains, carpet was filthy black bits falling off everywhere, poo around toilet, wind, inside caravan it sounded like going down the A1 100 mph We did stay there we got another caravan couldn't stay there it's was shockingly BAD

The owners were easy to communicate with, and helped with issues that they were able to help with

− Upon arrival, the caravan was quite cold, which is understandable. Unfortunately there was no easy instructions on how to light the boiler. I messaged the owner, who happily provided me with information on how to light it, however, there was no lighter within the caravan so had to purchase one for the stay, which wasn’t too much of a problem, just a little bit of hassle. Same with the hob, it is quite an old oven and hob, so the hob had to be lit with a lighter too. It was however useable once we obtained a lighter. There was no instructions on how to light the gas fire within the living room, so we didn’t get this going and had to use the plug in electric heater. Every night when sleeping was very cold as there was only 1 “radiator” within the caravan, and that was in the main bedroom, but it barely gave out any heat at all. We woke up every morning freezing cold at around 4:30am. The net curtains in the living room and bathroom had rips on them so privacy was compromised. The advert stated central heating, however, there was no central heating within the caravan. The shower head fitting was snapped prior to our arrival and seems like it has been broken for a while according to prior reviews, so it was very difficult to have a shower, especially for my disabled father in law. There was no hoover in the caravan, we couldn’t do any hoovering, which I find pretty poor considering it is a pet friendly caravan and dog hairs can build up over cushions, beds and carpets quite fast. Due to the above issues, we unfortunately decided to come home a day early. Overall the caravan certainly requires a little bit of general repairs and maintenance and upgrades. Also, would definitely benefit from maybe a welcome pack presented on the table that explains all of the basics regarding boiler, heating and cooker. Good for one night, but would look elsewhere for any more than that. Can definitely get much better value for money elsewhere in its current condition.

Nothing the doir was hanging off the wifi didn't work the net curtains was all ripped bo basic cooking facilities and the gas didn't work property
