8.0-Location was good, bed was comfortable, and check in was easy.
− Apartment was not the same as it was in the pictures, but the facilities were still the same. The shower was temperamental, would be either cold or really hot but no in between. Some of the plates were not clean on arrival. There is a sky light above the kitchen which lets in a lot of light in the mornings. The TV is too big for the flat, you are unable to angle it so that it can be seen properly from the bed.

− The place is no clean. Kitchen utensils some of them are out of dated an wobbling. Ironing board not fit for purpose. The iron itself is not clean it's filthy

5.0Good there was a parking space and the WiFi was decent.
− This place is not for me. The biggest issue is that there is a skylight, with no cover so you are woken up at 4.30 in the morning. Not shown in the pictures, I would have taken an eye mask if I had known. Not good when you are working on an important project.The bed is not comfy, the shower not great, the TV is so huge (it is literally half the width of the flat) that it just dominates and it's difficult to get in the right position to see it. The kitchen is poorly equipped (1 knife, no small plates). I won't be coming back.

− The towel rail in bathroom was on full blast in this hot weather and you couldn't turn it off. I called the owner but he never made any effort to fix it . The TV wasn't even working. The bookings advert mentioned Sky TV. None of channels were working. Again the owner made no effort to fix it.

− It needs an oven and I couldn’t find the sky sports.
