4.0L'emplacement est très pratique mais reste collé à la gare donc bruyant et mal famé
− Beaucoup de choses en mauvais état dans l'appartement : odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain, poignée de la salle de bain cassée, chaises abimées, lit de mauvaise qualité, cage d'escalier insalubre, porte toute fine et absolument pas sécurisée, clé qui reste coincée dans la serrure - très inquiétant Les photos sont plutôt conformes car le logement ressemble à ça et est en effet central mais quand on regarde dans le détails il comporte beaucoup de problèmes.

2.0− appartement tres sale, draps pas changé... salle de bain malodorante. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi je n'ai pas reçu un rabais pour compenser le prejudice...

4.0− Very bad humidity smell across the apartment. Very tin partition with neighboring apartments... meaning you hear a lot of noise... and I found a cigarette bud and old/used towel lying in the cupboard

− Apartamentul este foarte deteriorat, realitatea nu reflectă pozele. Ușile sunt jegoase, rupte, pereții cojiți, mucegăiți, congelatorul nedezghețat de la începutul sezonului, baia deplorabilă....
NE SURTOUT PAS LOUER CET APPARTEMENT !
1.0− Arrivée dans un hall vétuste, arrivée dans un appartement ULTRA BRUYANT, obligé de vivre les fenêtres fermées. Appartement avec des placards sales, un matelas pas confortable, une sdb qui sent les égoûts, des fenêtres qui ne ferment pas.... On nous a demandé une caution obligatoire pour rentrer dans les lieux...vu l'état de l'appartement et qu'il n'y a pas eu d'états des lieux j'ai eu peur qu'on nous rende pas la caution.

− They send me a separate link about deposit, I don’t know if it’s legal with booking policy. I hope my card information is safe and get my deposit back . Problem: the bathroom is smelling. Pls do something. The flat is noisy a bit. But lmy cc information safe or not is my biggest concern…
