It is an indispensable requirement, without which entry to the accommodations will not be allowed, to provide the data requested in the Traveler's Part of the Ministry of Interior, which came into force on 02/12/2024, ANNEX I of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary registration obligations of natural or legal people engaged in accommodations and motor vehicle rental activities.
The collection and processing of this data will be in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and as applicable, that relating to the protection of natural people with regard to the processing of personal data by competent authorities for the purposes of prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offenses, and under Article 25.1 of Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, on the Protection of Citizen Security Data. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
