− Instalaciones muy antiguas sin mantenimiento, colchones incómodos, insectos( cucarachas) en un dormitorio. La dueña no fue a limpiar al avisarle.

− Internet foi disponibilizada na reserva e não funcionou,assim com a tv. O banheiro extremamente pequeno, sem acessibilidade para pessoas de baixa mobilidade,demora na resposta do anfitrião.
