Hiljainen taloyhtiö ja naapurusto. Hyvät sängyt, pysäköinti kadulla oven edessä ja maksuton. Siisti asunto ja kaikki tarvittavat löytyivät. Myös ilmanraikastin ja ilmalämpöpumppu.

− Vuodetekstiilit, lakanat oli pesty hajusteellisella pesuaineella ja tuoksu oli aikamoinen. Ei herkkä hajuisille.

Joustava sisäänkirjautuminen. Erinomainen sijainti, jos haluaa kävellä paljon keskustassa, rantakadulla ja kaupunginpuistossa. Ikkunat ovat sisäpihalle päin, joten öisin on rauhallista nukkua. Sängyt ovat mukavat.

− Tyynyt olivat todella korkeat (vaikka jollekin se voi olla plussaa). Edellisten majoittujien jäljiltä yksi paistinpannu oli erittäin likainen ja paksun rasvakerroksen peitossa. Emme ryhtyneet pesemään sitä. Otimme käyttöön toisen, tumman paistinpannun, joka oli hieman puhtaampi. Pesimme sen ensin ja paistoimme munakkaan siinä.
