10.0El apartamento está perfectamente equipado con todo lujo de detalles. Lo más destacable es el jacuzzi exterior para 4 personas, además de la bañera de hidromasaje interior. Todo muy limpio y cuidado.Buenísima comunicacion con el anfitrión, siempre muy atento y disponible. Al entrar nos encontramos con un detalle precioso, una botella de cava de regalo. La situación es privilegiada, a escasos metros de la catedral y a 5 minutos de la plaza del arenal. GENIAL TODO.

- Only children supervised by an adult are accepted in La Terraza apartment (apartment with private terrace).
We would like to remind you that in our three apartments with jacuzzis (which are very spacious and designed for two people), the hot water is supplied by a water heater, as is common in Andalusian homes (in our case, it's a 150-liter tank heated to 80 degrees Celsius). This allows for a very pleasant bath a couple of times a day, once the water has reached 80 degrees. If you require more frequent baths, for example, every hour, we recommend staying in a hotel with a central, continuous hot water system, as is typical of hotel establishments.
Please note that the outdoor Spa of the Apartment with Patio will be closed from Saturday, November 1st, 2025 until Saturday, April 4th, 2026, and from Sunday November 1st, 2026 until mid April 2027.
