10.0Konum son çok iyiydi.Evin hemen yanında metro istasyonu bulunmakta.Metro aracılığıyla aktarma da kullanarak her yere ulaşabilirsiniz.Eğer yürümeyi seviyorsanız yürüyerek çoğu yere ulaşabilirsiniz.Alışveriş ve ihtiyaçlarınız için birden fazla market bulunmaktadır.Evin mutfak eşyaları bütün ihtiyaçları karşılamaktadır.Evin temizliği yeterli seviyedeydi.İlk gün yataklar alışık olmadığımız dan sanırım çok sert geldi ertesi gün herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.Klima yeterli seviyededir çocuklarla rahat ettik.En son ödemeyi yaptıktan sonra eve nasıl gideceğimiz ve anahtarlar nasıl ulaşabileceğinizi iyi bir şekilde mesaj yoluyla iletiyorlar.Bulaşıkları yıkamak için tablet ve sıvı bulaşık deterjanı bile mevcut.

8.0Nous avons vraiment beaucoup aimé l'appartement. Il est très joli, bien agencé et agréable à vivre. Les lits superposés pour les enfants étaient parfaits et ils les ont adorés. Le lit double dans la chambre des parents était également très confortable. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit balcon, qui offre une très belle vue sur l'allée bordée de platanes. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont bien équipées et très pratiques. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet appartement avec plaisir. Merci pour votre accueil !
− Le seul point négatif de notre séjour concerne notre arrivée. Nous avons vécu une situation assez stressante. En récupérant les clés, nous avons constaté que le pointeur permettant d'activer l'ascenseur était cassé. Nous n'avons donc pas pu accéder à l'appartement. Nous sommes arrivés vers 17 h, mais nous n'avons pu entrer dans l'appartement qu'à 20 h 15. Nous avons ainsi perdu tout notre premier après-midi, alors que nous avions prévu de sortir et de découvrir le quartier. Cette situation a malheureusement gâché le début de notre séjour. Dans les consignes d'accès ainsi que dans le contrat, il était indiqué qu'un deuxième trousseau de clés se trouvait à l'intérieur de l'appartement et qu'il pouvait être récupéré une fois sur place. Malheureusement, nous ne l'avons jamais trouvé. Par ailleurs, bien que l'agent qui est intervenu ait été très sympathique et serviable, il n'a pas pu nous fournir un pointeur fonctionnel pour l'ascenseur. Nous avons donc dû utiliser les escaliers pendant tout le séjour, ce qui n'était pas pratique, surtout avec les bagages et les enfants. Mis à part ce problème d'arrivée, notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé.
