Siisti ja tilava asunto, jossa majoittuminen sujuvaa. Kohteessa pyyhkeet sekä pedit valmiiksi laitettuina. Hyvin perusastiastoa ja muita välineitä käytettävissä, sekä kodinkoneet. Sijainti rauhallinen.

− Ilmanvaihto puutteellinen, lämpimämpiä kelejä ajatellen olisi hyvä, jos tuulettimia olisi asunnossa useampi.

Sijainti keskustan tuntumassa on plussaa. Hiljaiset naapurit ja ympäristö muuten.

− Asunnossa oli huono ilmanvaihto. Olohuoneen sohva epämukava istua. Miksei olohuoneessa ole pöytää lainkaan? Muutama nojatuoli tekisi tilasta viihtyisämmän.
