1.0La ubicación fue lo único positivo
− Estuve intentando contactar con el alojamiento para hacer el check in más tarde y lo único que recibía eran mensajes automáticos sobre otros temas. El apartamento tiene únicamente dos ventanas que dan a un patio de luces y con lo cuál es prácticamente imposible ventilar, además de un peculiar olor desagradable (hemos tenido que comprar un ambientador). Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear (adjunto fotos) la nevera en mal estado, el mueble del baño podrido, la ducha, el suelo levantado y los zócalos caídos o podridos.
Lenzuola e asciugamani molto sporchi. Bagno che si allaga ad ogni doccia. Servizio clienti inesistente.

− Il livello di sporcizia è alto. Lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati di qualsiasi colore e sostanza. Davvero molto difficile sentirsi a proprio agio in questa struttura. Il divano appena lo si tocca sparge tantissima polvere in giro. La doccia perde tanta acqua e ad ogni lavaggio il bagno si allaga e non c’è modo di asciugarlo bene quindi rimane sempre umido non essendoci la finestra. Servizio clienti più che pessimo, direi inesistente..impossibili da contattare. Non rispondono né su booking, né su whatsapp e nemmeno al telefono. Aria condizionata mezza rotta, fa un rumore fastidiosissimo quindi impossibile dormire e tenerla accesa.

8.0Locatie is geweldig. Alles is op loopafstand. Het appartement ligt in een hele leuke en drukke buurt met veel restaurantjes, winkels, musea enzovoort. Wij waren blij dat de supermarkt om de hoek was.
− Het appartement zit op de eerste verdieping met weinig licht. Misschien dat het een beetje opgeknapt kan worden. Maar verder is het prima voor een paar nachtjes.

7.0The location is fantastic. It is so close from metro station and only 3 stops from the city center. There is really good churreria near the accomodation. It was good to start a day.
− The shower booth was so uncomfortable. It was old and the drain was stuck.
