9.0Бесподобный вид из окна и месторасположение (такое не часто найдешь). До пляжа идти минуты 2, но при этом чуть в стороне (идти минут 5) от основных ресторанов, а потому не было ни шума, ни запахов от еды. В квартире нет кондиционера, но к удивлению он не понадобился (конец июня). Ветерок от моря + автоматически выдвигающийся навес над болконом делали прибывание в квартире более, чем комфортным. Магазин тоже в двух минутах ходьбы (сразу за домом). Утром можно сходить и купить свежие круасаны к кофе
− Проблема квартиры - ее уборка. Убирается откровенно плохо. Белье и полотенца были чистыми, но в остальном вопросы. Если бы хозяева наладили хорошую уборку - был бы один из лучших вариантов у моря с которыми я сталкивался

10.0L’emplacement, gentillesse et disponibilité à toute épreuve des responsables Vue mer à travers énorme baie vitrée Bonne literie, parking souterrain, situation à un endroit favorable et en même temps calme, tout faisable à pied dans le village probablement le plus beau de la côte, restaurants et glaciers à pied à 2-5 minutes
− Rien à part que ça vaudrait le coup de donner un petit coup de neuf aux robinetteries et lavabos
Un apartament massa petit, descuidat i excessivament car
4.0La ubicació, sens dubte. Preciós balcó a primera línia de mar del poble més bonic de la Costa Brava.
− La falta de manteniment de l’apartament, que està molt desactualitzat (estris i cadires rovellades, tancaments mal ajustats, llums que no funcionen, tele desintonitzada), la falta de llençols i la falta de neteja.
