Сподобалось, що є багато простору, гарної якості матраси, світло і достатньо чисто

− По-перше, не сподобалось, що були проблеми з отриманням ключів.Ми бронювали це помешкання через відміну авіаперельоту, і вже десь через годину хотіли заселитися.Поки їхали з аеропорту, я не змогла їм дозвонитись, написала на пошту, але відповіді не отримала. Вже коли ми прибули на адресу, дівчина що живе в тому ж будинку, набрала їх і розповіла, що ми їх чекаємо.Відповіли , що будуть упродовж 30 хвилин.Ми були всією сім'єю, з 10-місячною дитиною на вулиці. Після години очікування, я знову їм зателефонувала, вже зі свого ватсапу, і отримала відповідь, що через те що я зарезервувала помешкання, як вони казали "в останню хвилину" , в них немає вільних людей, щоб привезти нам ключі. І ще лише після другого дзвінка, я дізналася, що моє бронювання не завершено, треба спочатку все завантажити, всі данні і таке інше.Від першого співробітника я цієї інформації не чула.Тому мій терпець урвався, я сказала все що я думаю про їх сервіс і попросила негайно знайти людину, бо на той час ми вже більше 2х годин стояли на вулиці, з дітьми, чемоданами і абсолютно втомлені.Це таки мало результат, і через хвилин ще 30-40 до нас приїхав іхній співробітник відкрити двері квартири. Тому враження неоднозначні.З однієї сторони, мені пішли на зустріч, але після скандалу, тож мабуть, краще це помешкання бронювати завчасно.Якби я відразу знала, що там немає рецепції, бронювала б готель.

we really enjoyed the staying here. The location was near to the center and quiet at the same time. We really liked the “welcome pack”, it is really the nicest thing that the host ever can do. Everything was exceptional

El apartamento esta muy bien, es amplio, camas cómodas y muy bien ubicado. Nosotros teniamos que trabajar en la FIRA y estábamos al lado. Cerca hay sitios para desayunar. La cocina, se la veia equipada, en nuestro caso no la usamos.

− No hay cortinas, y las pareces algo raspadas del uso ( en mi caso no me molesto) Es un poco incomodo el tema de la entrega de llaves, ya que tienes que pactar con antelacion la hora de llegada y en nuestro caso no la teníamos clara, fianlmente llegamos antes de lo previsto y tuvismo que esperar, porque no se podia adelantar la hora.

Lokalita byla super. Vybaveni mycka fen, lednice vse super. Ale bylo videt ze byt ma jiz lepsi casy za sebou. Byl uklizeny cisty ale stary.

Not much to like. For the exception of a clean set of sheets and towels

− The walls were filthy dirty - seems like maintenance is rarely done to the apartment. One wall is partially painted and half wasn’t… pillows were horribly uncomfortable
