The location and spaciousness of the apartment.

− Separate remote location for collecting the keys (20 min walk from the apartment), the broken lock of front door (waiting all evening for assistance, very annoyed neighbors), broken dishwasher and no communication between staff members solving our incident report.

Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
