10.0Il servizio è stato eccellente dal primo all'ultimo momento: tutto lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale, professionale e sempre disponibile a venire incontro a ogni nostra esigenza. La camera era ottima, spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per godersi la vacanza in totale comodità; inoltre, siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpisci dal servizio di pulizia impeccabile, con il personale che passava ogni giorno a rassettare. La struttura è perfetta per le famiglie con bambini: il nostro bambino si è divertito tantissimo nell'area giochi dedicata, mentre noi adulti abbiamo apprezzato immensamente la zona piscina curata e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla straordinaria disponibilità dello staff anche nel giorno della partenza: avendo il volola sera, non solo ci hanno custodito i bagagli dopo il check-out, ma ci hanno anche permesso di continuare a rilassarci in piscina fino al momento di partire. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a tutti, in particolare alle famiglie. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
