− Everything was dated. The TV was not working and we had planned to see the world cup games. The fridge was not working and we had to call someone to fix it. The safe was not working The toaster was not working The sofa bed was broken and one side had a whole in it

1.0− 这家公寓实在是太差了！！！按照公寓要求填写了入住信息，并缴纳了旅游税！到达前多次沟通将在夜间到达，公寓也向我发送了夜间办理入住的收费明细，并预留了到达后的联系方式。当在晚上十一点到达公寓后，联系电话反复拨打确无人接听，我们一家三口在大街上等待了一个多小时，孤立无援！！幸好缤客给我们提供了帮助！但是对于公寓方违反合同约定，致使我不能按计划办理入住，给我及家人造成了严重的伤害，我请求缤客公司协助我向公寓方申请赔偿！！！

5.0Al llegar nos permitieron dejar las maletas xk teníamos que trabajar y nos encontramos el piso din limpiar . El chico que nos resivio amable. Al ver el piso sin limpieza pues nos fuimos como un poco decepcionados. Nuestra sorpresa fue al regresar xk como digo nuestro cheking era a las 16:00 el piso parecía otro buen olor todo súper limpio.
− Varias cosas que realmente no tiene que ver con la vivienda si no con la empresa. Este viaje fue por trabajo en el cual en la vivienda no íbamos a estar simplemente iríamos a dormir la noche del lunes y el martes dormimos solo 4 horas xk por el trabajo no nos permitió más. Al pasar tantas horas fuera de la vivienda nosotros todas las comidas las realizamos fuera solo utilizamos baño y camas. La vivienda estaba tal cual la dejaron xk nosotros no estábamos. Llamamos a la empresa para ver si era posible dejar las maletas 2 horas y nos dijeron que no . Aún diciendo que la vivienda estaba completamente limpia que las chicas solo tenían que limpiar el baño y las camas. Pues nos decían que no era posible . A las 11:00 en punto escuchamos meter las llaves y nos tocan el timbre . Habro y me encuentro a un chico un tanto borde y me dice salida salida. Al cual le contestó Buenos dias. No se me parece que añ igual que realizaron la limpieza al llegar con nuestras maletas allí, lo podían hacer después o incluso mejor porque no tenían que limpiar nada. Me parece que no lo ponen nada fácil y ya que como cuento fue viaje de trabajo y ellos estaban avisados xk yo hable Varías veces. Nos mandaron a un guarda maletas al cual por 2 horas pagamos 43€ me parece vergonzoso. Y si tuviera que quejarme de la vivienda pues diría que el baño es muy incómodo la bañera un tanto peligrosa y la ducha estaba rota salpicaba muchísimo. Por otro lado la habitación con dos camas es muy uncomada muy pequeña no tienes espacio entre una cama y otra no tiene mesa de noche o el típico mueble donde dejar un agua y el móvil. Y luego la luz si estabas acostada te tienes que levabantar porque está en la puerta. La perdona de entrada bastante bien ahora el chico de la salida súper desagradable.
