The view. This is an apartment, no staff. It is probably the best location and best building to be on the island. Nice pool, a little bit small, but the heated water is excellent in the winter months.

the only positive thing: the view on the ocean.
− the apartment was disgustingly dirty and smelly, the apartment was not cleaned, there was a lot of hair on the floor, there was dust under the bed and sofa, it smelled to the core and gave the impression of a bed that had not been freshly made. the smell of urine was common in the bedroom. the toilet was black at the bottom, the shower was disgustingly dirty, and on top of all this, there were giant cockroaches. after all this dirt, I'm not surprised at all.
