La casa, la piscina, el aparcamiento, el aire acondicionado. Lo bonito que era todo el espacio que teníamos exterior para nosotros, con una escalera preciosa de piedra que te llevaba a tu apartamento. Las habitaciones muy grandes y el baño también. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario, tenía lavavajillas, que nos vino muy bien. Y los dueños muy amables. Tenía aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, para nosotros fue imprescindible, no pasamos nada de calor en plena ola de calor de julio.Sin duda un lugar al que volveremos.

La comunicación con la anfitriona siempre fue buena, las 2 habitaciones son espaciosas y el comedor cómodo, la parte del jardín y de la piscina es maravillosa!

− Nada más llegar después de un viaje largo antes de entrar y sin ver la casa para poder coger las llaves tuvimos que dar la fianza de 100€ y el suplemento del perro 10€ al dia. Los mosquitos te comen!!! Llevad anti mosquitos y para cuando te pican! La casa necesita una mejora, la cocina la han puesto en el pasillo y esta en todo el paso! Es una casa para cuatro pero comer dentro solo dos xk solo esta la mesa del pasillo. Hay una terraza que para comer hace calor y por la tarde te comen los mosquitos! El acerado a la casa tiene unas escaleras empinadas y las subes y bajas muchas veces

Todo fenomenal. La casa muy limpia , equipada con todo lo necesario! Vistas maravillosas con precioso jardín con la piscina grande y barbacoa.. hemos pasado muy bonitas vacaciones

− Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic expectations. From the first day, we experienced hygiene issues, including roaches in the apartment. The kitchen was not clean on arrival, and the oven and fridge appeared dirty. The bedsheets were changed when we arrived; however, they were not changed again during the entire stay, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell, which raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also a constant unpleasant smell in the bathroom throughout the stay. Additionally, when the chimney was turned on, a strong burnt odor spread throughout the apartment, making it uncomfortable to use. Upon arrival, before we had even exited the car, the host requested the security deposit in cash. This requirement was not stated anywhere in the Booking listing or booking conditions, which was uncomfortable and unexpected. There were multiple functional issues throughout the stay. The electricity went in and out repeatedly. The WiFi was unusable for most of the stay - we could not connect for an entire day , informed the host that evening, and had to wait another day for a fix. Even after that, the connection remained unstable with constant buffering, making it impossible to work. We had to rely on our own mobile hotspot. The stairs leading to the apartment were extremely dark at night, with no proper lighting, making it unsafe to access the property without using a phone flashlight. The pool was only cleaned on the first day and not maintained again during the stay. Communication with the host was inconsistent. When we asked multiple times about checkout and the return of the deposit, we did not receive a response. Only after contacting Booking did the host reply, stating that checkout could only be handled at 6:00 am and expressing dissatisfaction that we had contacted the platform, rather than providing clear instructions earlier. Due to the refund policy, we were unable to cancel the stay and felt obligated to remain despite these issues.
