7.0Vista espetacular mesmo em frente à praia e dos melhores restaurantes Boa piscina e o facto de ter garagem.
− O facto do apartamento não ter ar condicionado. Pelo valor de arrendamento devia ter AC e das ventoinhas existentes no tecto estarem completamente sujas. Tive de estar a limpar para poder utilizar. Ainda havia outra na sala que estava imunda e cheia de ferrugem
