Casa rural sencilla pero cómoda, jardín privado y los mejores anfitriones en el valle de Cabuérniga
8.0El conjunto de la oferta del establecimiento. Tiene un parking privado, cómodo (incluso se puede cargar un coche eléctrico). Y un jardín privado muy agradable, con una magnífica parrilla, que no utilizamos (pero nos quedamos con las ganas). El jardín está cuidado, cuenta con tumbonas con colchonetas, un sofá con un par de sillones (y cojines), buena iluminación y columpios y una cama elástica para niños. En el que era garaje hay montada una mesa con cómodos sofás y asientos, buen espacio, tv, arcón congelador. Es confortable, cómodo, perfecto para ver (por ejemplo) los partidos del Mundial, como fue nuestro caso. La casa (la alquilamos completa) tiene un apartamento más pequeño abajo con cocina, salón, 1 hb y 1 baños. Caben perfectamente 2 adultos y 1 o 2 niños pequeños. El piso de arriba es más grande. Dispone de cocina-comedor, 2 hb y 1 baño, y cuenta, arriba, con una buhardilla con un cómodo sofá, otra tele y dos camas juntas de 120 cm, creo. Son amplias. Es decir, el apartamento pueden usarlo fácilmente 4 adultos y 2-3 niños (incluso 4 si son pequeños). Con todo creo que lo mejor es la disposición de los dueños, Adriano y Luisa, son sumamente amables y colaborativos. Perfectos anfitriones.
− En el apartamento de abajo olía un poco a humedad. Y creo que, en general, vendría bien tener un poco más de luz en las habitaciones (alguna lamparita a ambos lados de las camas; que pueden ser de pared), porque la casa es un poco oscura, ya que las ventanas son pequeñas, como ocurre en todas las casas y casonas cántabras (es lo tradicional). Por eso vendría bien algo más de luz. Y lo que sí que hace falta es perchas (no en los armarios) donde poder colgar bolsos, cazadoras y cosas así. Vendría muy bien el típico perchero cerca de la entrada y también alguna percha de pared en las habitaciones, detrás de las puertas o donde sea. Y también en el cuarto de baño, porque no hay espacio donde dejar las toallas (sólo una percha de lavabo) cuando hay varias personas y no se utilizan, lógicamente, las mismas toallas. También estaría muy bien poner algún mueble más o estantería más en el baño. Sólo hay una encima del lavabo y es a todas luces insuficiente.
