Amazing stay!
10.0I cannot rate this property highly enough. From the pre-communication before the trip to the total flexibility during the trip, the owner went over and above to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Having recently had an accident which had meant traveling in a wheelchair, every little detail of our trip was incredibly important. Paul reassured me every step of the way and allowed me to plan around our problems. The accommodation itself is perfect in every way. Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. The air con was superb. The terrace is amazing with sunbeds and a dining area which still left considerable space for drying swimming clothes and washing. The pool area is quiet and beautiful and only a short distances from the house. We also discovered step free access from the road which also made swimming possible for me. We loved the location as although we enjoy the Lanzarote night life, we welcomed being able to retire to the peace and quiet at the top of the hill. The supermarket, which was also very close by, provided us with everything extra that we needed. The apartment was also equipped with essentials such as kitchen roll, salt, dishwasher tablets etc...everything has been thought of. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem!

8.0El alojamiento está bien, la ubicación es tranquila pero necesitas coche en Lanzarote hay muchas cuestas. Muy sencillo hacer el check in. El anfitrión nos dejó entrar antes lo cual se agradece mucho.
− Solo por poner algunas pegas, hace falta más utensilios de cocina, la ropa de cama y toallas tenían olor como a guardado, la limpieza no era excelente. El alojamiento tiene cámaras de seguridad dentro de la casa que no es agradable sentirte observado todo el tiempo. La alarma de humo está demasiado cerca de la cocina, así que pitaba incluso haciéndote una simple tostada, preferimos comer en la calle la mayor parte del tiempo.

8.0Está muy bien ubicado, la zona muy tranquila y si bajas a la playa hay mucho ambiente.
− La limpieza de cosas como toallas, ropa de cama, no olían bien tuvimos que lavar nosotros las toallas para estar más cómodos, hay cámaras dentro del apartamento, no sé si es legal pero nos hizo sentir invadidos e incómodos. La comunicación no era la mejor tampoco, por booking solo me respondieron cuando pedí ayuda a atención al cliente y por WhatsApp solo si es urgente responden

10.0Very well equipped, excellent location for us, very quiet. The house is virtually a home from home a very good size for the two of us with plenty of space. Paul is very responsive to queries. We have booked again.
