Nice apt with good facilities

− Sun umbrella needed upstairs. Issue with ants. Requested extra band for access to pools and didn't get it.

Amazing apartment, well equipped, high standard.

Loved the roof terrace. Decor, it was well equipped to a high standard. The late checkout (extra cost) really helped too. Beds were amazing.

− The access to the roof electronics were not working. I was not strong enough to open the roof by myself. Luckily my hubby could do it. Need something to hold the shower head up in the ensuite.

The views are worth it

The infinity view complex was perfect for us. Heated pool, which in the winter months is a must, hot tubs open late and the views are breathtaking. The staff were great. Communication was excellent and any issues we had were quickly resolved

− Quiet time is rather strict. If we came in late on an evening it was difficult to be quiet as the layout of the building makes the sound echo. Luckily we didn’t stay out too late but if you like to have a drink and listen to some music after 10.30pm expect to get some complaints. There was also some ground work going on in the complex but happy that it will be for the best long term.
