− Escassa flexibilitat per a adaptar-se a un canvi d’hora de check-in, ens vam veure obligats a haver de reservar un altre allotjament per a la primera nit, i pagar igualment la reservada i fer al dia següent el chek -in sense devolució de la nit, sent el motiu del vistge un ingrés hospitalari. A més a més, per un problema amb un electrodomèstic vam telefonar al telèfon de contacte i mai van obtenir resposta. Un allotjament no recomanable, especialment en quant a servei d’atenció al client.
