Me alojé con mi hermana y la estancia fué inmejorable y muy satisfactoria. El apartamento es muy acojedor y un punto a tener en cuenta, es que la cama es super cómoda. Es muy luminoso y está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y del pueblo. La anfitriona Rachel un encanto, no tuvimos ningún problema con ella y si teníamos alguna duda, la resolvía al momento. Había alimentos para desyunar. Lo recomiendo 100X100. Si vuelvo a Valencia, repetiré seguro.

Lo único bueno, la ubicación

La ubicación está muy bien, al lado de la playa, con supermercados y restaurantes cerca.

− Para empezar cuando quedamos para que nos dieran las llaves fue un poco desastre, llegaron tarde y fue todo muy acelerado, la persona que nos lo dio no había ido antes a revisar que estaba todo bien, estaban por alli aún las sabanas de los anteriores...Me extraño que no nos pidieran los datos, que en otros sitios que he ido es lo primero que te piden. El piso está bien y limpio, pero las zonas comunes del edificio no daban mucha confianza, huele fatal, había varias cucarachas muertas en las escaleras que de quedaron ahí durante días... Luego, aunque estábamos avisados, me parece un poco mal que te cobren por poner una cuna para un bebe, que encima ese dinero se lo das en mano a la entrada. La fianza, luego tardaron bastante en devolverla, y nos decían que había rotas o desaparecidas cosas que no habíamos tocado, imagino porque cuando nos entregaron el piso no lo habían revisado antes, pero al final nos lo devolvió.

Está muy cerca de la playa. Tiene ventiladores en las habitaciones y aire acondicionado. Esta muy bien aprovechado, tiene todo lo necesario.

− No hay ascensor y el portal suele tener un olor desagradable.
