Location was central and convenient

− Pictures do not match the property. Floor was not very clean. Air conditioning not consistent. Very cold in some rooms and other rooms not very cold. Many of the lightbulbs need to be replaced. Clothes rack needs to be replaced. Property needs better maintenance

Located close to transport

− Stairs. communication . Took a long time to reply to emails. Shower head can't adjust. Water flows onto floor. Dirty floor. Front door slammed constantly.
