The staff were friendly and Julie was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to meet her

− Electric kept tripping out, hob didn't work, air con didn't work. Suitcases placed under single bed to stop it collapsing! Oven icons rubbed off so no idea it the oven was on grill or oven(

not very much

− dirty beds uncomfortable. electric went off every night had to reset in box up the street. don’t stay here nobody met us with key they left it in bucket outside property but didn’t tell us. shutter on patio doors broken wouldnt open. grill on patio doors wouldnt lock. barbecue full of material upstairs solarium too dirty to use
