Apartamento en buen sitio, atención al cliente pésima.

− Al llamar para avisar que íbamos a llegar sobre las 23 horas nos dicen que cierran a las 22 horas y se cancelaría la reserva. Tras insistir me indican que no había manera de dejar las llaves en ningún sitio. Finalmente acepta quedarse más tiempo para poder entregar las llaves, vamos corriendo para llegar lo mas pronto posible. Sorpresa: la persona encargada de las llaves trabaja en el bar de a lado que cierra a las 24 horas. Porqué tanta prisa?

10.0La amabilidad de Roberto y su disposición para cualquier cuestión. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el ascensor y fue avisarlo y al momento vino a solucionarlo. Una ubicación de lujo.

− El aire acondicionado está mal colocado y sólo enfría la habitación, falta de lavadora, no tenía nada para tender la ropa. Falta de detalle por la ausencia de aceite, sal y vinagre
