9.0L’appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario, anche per cucinare. È a due passi da un centro commerciale con supermercato. Il proprietario è molto gentile, disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per le visite/escursioni. Anche per il check out è stato veramente disponibile, permettendoci di rimanere anche il pomeriggio.
Can’t fault the location but there are so many better properties in Playa Paraiso and Callao Salvaje.

− Both the apartment and the complex are very tired and the flat has a stale smell throughout.

9.0Výborný pomer cena - kvalita. Čisto , plnohodnotné vybavenie. Milý personál , bezproblémové parkovanie. Hneď oproti ubytovaniu možnosť nakúpiť potraviny , alebo posedieť v reštaurácii. Radi sa vrátime.

Appartamento ottimo, un po' meno la vista dal terrazzo.
9.0Appartamento molto spazioso e comodo a tt i servizi. La lavatrice con detersivo. Cucina molto attrezzata Bagno di nuova ristrutturazione ampio e funzionale. Cambio asciugamani ottimo. Supermercato di fronte presso un centro commerciale. Piscina ampia e poco frequentata, ma necessiterebbe di manutenzione, come tt il condominio. Parcheggio privato dentro ad un cancello, a Tenerife trovare da parcheggiare può diventare un problema. Zona vicino al piccolo centro di Playa Paraiso. Host molto disponibile anche x buoni consigli su escursioni e location dove mangiare.
− Purtroppo l'appartamento ha il terrazzo e le due porte scorrevoli di cucina e camera, adiacenti ad un parcheggio elevato. Un po' bruttino come "panorama". Nelle foto in booking il terrazzo risultava diviso dal parcheggio con dei folti alberi. Tt il complesso residenziale è molto trascurato e andrebbe un po' risanato anche x una questione di igiene.
