8.0− My phone was stolen in the subway station and no access then to the email. That led to the situation where no door codes and it took over 2 hours that I got those from the companyy.

7.0Mostly the place was comfortable. The metro was very close. A nice coffee shop and empanada shop were very close as well.
− The recycling bins outside our windows were very loud and at times this lasted late into the night and began early in the morning. This made it hard to sleep well. The first bedroom had an inoperable window and a bad smell. My husband had to stand on rickety items to move the curtain rod from blocking the window. It would hav been nice if it had been aired out before we arrived and if there had been some less risky way to open the window.
