La ubicación es excelente está en pleno centro histórico de Teruel todo a escasos metros. Tienes unas bonitas vistas desde la cocina y el salón. El anfitrión atento en todo momento, facilitando la información necesaria y estando disponible en todo momento. Además te ofrece un desayuno de cortesía muy completo, teniendo a tu disposición aceite, sal, mantequilla, mermelada, café, té, leche, pan de molde, naranjas, bizcochos...Y qué decir de disponer una plaza de garaje muy cerca del piso.
− Nada, lo único que al estar en una finca con historia es un cuarto sin ascensor, no obstante en la parte de abajo tiene una especie de trastero/almacén dónde dejar el carro o las maletas pesadas.

La ubicación es excelente, al lado de la plaza del Torico. Encima cuenta con plaza de garaje que es un buen extra y nada mas entrar al portal tiene un gran trastero para dejar cosas. La casa cuenta con todo que nos vino bien para lavar, se puede tender en un patio. También cuenta con desayuno que es un plus.
− No tiene ascensor, si vas algo cargado se nota. Tiene un split en el salón que no fue suficiente para los días de calor que tuvimos. Estaría bien algún ventilador mas o un aire acondicionado.
