8.0− Canape et cousins très sales. Frigo et poubelle cuisine sales. Tapis sales L'appartement nécessite une peinture du côté escalier.

10.0The apartment offers a lot of space, with a big living room and well-equipped kitchen downstairs and two bed rooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Furthermore, it has a terrace on both floors and a great view, since it's on the 9th floor. There was a private parking underneath the building, totally secured. The owner came to hand over the keys and explain everything and was very nice. There's shops and restaurants around the corner and a 15 minute walk takes you to the railway station to get to Barcelona. All in all, this was one of the of the best apartments we ever had.
− Nothing really, only one small hint for improvement: a thermostatic valve in the shower would make showering easier

Goed en compleet appartement
8.0Mooi appartement, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers op 2e verdieping. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Alberto kwam de sleutel brengen. Hij spreekt geen Engels maar met handen en voeten en kennis van een beetje Spaans kwamen we er wel uit. Communicatie via mail wel in Engels (Google translate waarschijnlijk, :-) ) Ligt op loopafstand van station waar de trein je in een half uur naar hartje Barcelona brengt.
− Lag wat stof onder bedden en zitbanken. Boek dit overigens niet als je een auto hebt die groter is dan een Kia Sportage oid, want de bijbehorende parkeergarage is vrij krap.

10.0Alberto è stato molto preciso, accurato e disponibile... la posizione per noi era perfetta... ottima soluzione per chi ha l'auto in quanto munito di parcheggio... appartamento grande, panoramico al 9°piano... stanze confortevoli, 2 bagni molto funzionali... non mancava nulla... ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
